You don't have to figure it out by trial and error. Neuroscience research has revealed evidence-based techniques that bolster happiness and resilience. These techniques have simple yet profound implications for the practices of yoga and meditation.

Chanda Creasy, a 20 year yoga and mindfulness teacher, synthesizes the best evidence into practical, useful, neuroscience-informed "micro practices" that will be immediately applicable to your yoga and meditation practices and teaching.

What you'll get from this course: practices to improve your sense of wellbeing (or your students') in a way that works with, not against, our brains. A suggested reading list is included in this course for those who want to go deeper on the topics.

Note: This course was filmed "live" as it was taught online, and includes some interaction with students who were present.

Highly recommend!

In this workshop, Chanda teaches how to train your brain to shift towards patterns of happiness. She has extensive knowledge on how yoga, meditation, and mindfulness affect one's brain, and explains the science and studies that show how they lead to happiness and resilience off the mat. We are given three specific types of practices: taking in the good, cultivating compassion, and building cognitive resilience, in additional to mini practices to do throughout the day to build this resilience. This is a workshop I’d recommend to anyone interested in increasing the joy and gratitude in their life.
