Exceptionally useful workshop!  The information presented was clear and concise.  The movement and breath protocols offered are easy to implement and I believe have application beyond just dealing with COVID, because inflammation is a prevalent problem in today’s lifestyles. I was able to incorporate knowledge gained into my teaching the very next day."

She also left us with practical tips, as well as the science behind which yoga postures and breathing exercises are beneficial, when recovering from a COVID infection. Succinct and Understandable

I appreciated the succinct, yet thorough, explanation of the way Covid moves from the pulmonary phase to pro-inflammatory and possibly to pro-thrombosis. The explanation of how yoga can help was clear. Dr. Yang provided a brief breathwork practice and a review of postures that are helpful for Covid recovery.

Clear, concise and exceptionally useful

Exceptionally useful workshop! The information presented was clear and concise dealing with COVID-19 as an inflammatory disease and its effects on the body. The movement and breath protocols offered are easy to implement and I believe have application beyond just dealing with COVID because inflammation is a prevalent problem in today’s lifestyles. I was able to incorporate knowledge gained into my teaching the very next day and I am inspired to include a meditation component regularly due to the evidence presented that meditation further enhances the positive effects of a yoga practice.

Deep, thorough, and research-based.

I appreciated this course so much because Ingrid goes through the material quickly, clearly, and concisely. She did a good job of pausing with the most important bullet points, too, which I noticed and appreciated. Finally, most importantly, I learned techniques that I started bringing into my classes and work with patients the very next day.
